Quite frankly — Getting Off My Ass!
Now in order to do that, I need to start out with a clear laid out set of goals. I am not the greatest when it comes to making goals; however, here is my first crack at it. I will make adjustments as time goes by to insure it remains as updated as possible:
- Gain weight, properly
- Work out min 3 days a week at a gym
- I plan to get back into it religiously 3 days a week by Aug 1.
- 170 and 10% body fat in 6 months
- 190 in 9 months - maintaining 10% or less body fat.
- I plan to get back into it religiously 3 days a week by Aug 1.
- Eat right — always a hard one for me….
- I plan to have better eating within 3 months.
- I plan to make home meals within 6 months.
- Work out min 3 days a week at a gym
- Get outside more
- Do weekend volunteering
- Join a outdoor club or two
- go to no less than 2 outings a week.
- I am already apart of DFWOutdoors.com — I just need to get back involved with them.
- Check out this Young Active Professionals club (YAP) within by end of August.
- Increase my mental acuity
- Do more puzzles
- Read more books
- Write more articles, journal, etc.
- Write nightly…I plan to have a nightly rant and/or productive posting daily.
- Increase my creativity
- Write more
- Start back up in my drawing
- Increase productivity
- This one is hard…I’ll have to add goals as I read more.
The time lines are estimates. I plan to update the list when appropriate.
As you can see, I have my work cut out for me. I’ll need to take things one step at a time, and I plan to document everything right here on this site.
